1. CAN I PAY BY CREDIT CARD?
Yes, you can pay by credit card. Simply click the ‘Pay with Debit or Credit Card’ button to pay with a credit or debit card.
2. I DON’T SEE THE CREDIT CARD OPTION, HOW DO I PAY WITH PAYPAL ?
If you already have a paypal account, simply log in by entering your email or your mobile number and click the ‘Next’ button.
If you don’t have a paypal account, it’s easy to create one. Click the ‘Create an account’ button to create your paypal account.
3. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK A CALL?
After you have make the payment, you will be taken to the scheduling page to book your call. Once you have scheduled your call, you will receive an email confirmation of your schedule and your recovery coach will call you on the date and time that you scheduled.
4. I BOOKED A PACKAGE WITH 10 CALLS, BUT I WAS ONLY ABLE TO SCHEDULE 1?
After you have scheduled your first call, you will receive and email with the link to schedule your remaining calls. If you have not received that email, please email us to let us know at support@kcbrecovery.com.
5. I JUST PURCHASED TEXT SUPPORT, HOW DO I GET STARTED?
After you have purchased text support, you will be taken to the ‘Text Support’ Page where you will be provided with the phone number for you to whatsapp. If you have not been taken to the page, please contact support@kcbrecovery.com
6. I LIVE OUTSIDE THE USA, WILL THE TEXT MESSAGE OPTION WORK FOR ME?
Yes, Whatsapp Text Message Support works for any country in the world. Once you have access to Whatsapp, you will be able to get text message support.
7. CAN I BOOK A SINGLE RECOVERY SESSION OR A SINGLE MEDITATION SESSION MORE THAN ONCE?
Yes you can, there is no limit in how many times you can book single sessions, you can book them as many time as you’d like.
8. I SEE THAT THERE ARE 3 DIFFERENT RECOVERY SESSIONS, AND 3 DIFFERENT MEDITATION SESSIONS, WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM?
The only difference between the sessions is the cost.
We provided multiple options that is suitable for everyone. So depending on your need or preferences, you have the option to book a single session, a package of sessions or a weekly session.
The weekly sessions are discounted at 5% and the package sessions are discounted at 10%.
9. CAN I CANCEL AT ANYTIME?
Certainly! You can cancel at anytime for any reason.
