Congratulations on completing Session 4.

By now you already know your beliefs and we have been getting to get to the bottom of the thoughts and actions your beliefs have been creating. Remember, continue to use and practice the mindfulness, CBT and reality testing tools, even if you do it 1 time a week, just ensure to regularly check in with yourself.
