Directions for this Guided Affirmation Session
Find a quiet, calm peaceful environment where you are comfortable. Find a comfortable place to sit or lay. Take a deep 5 seconds breath, releasing all muscle tension. Relax your mind and body as you listen to this affirmation session. You may keep your eyes closed or open, as you listen intently to the words spoken.
Transcript:
Today’s affirmation is on removing negative thoughts and overriding it with positive ones. Once a negative thought enters in, you quickly acknowledge that that is not how you feel or think.
We now enter our affirmation, take a slow easy deep breath in and slowly release the breath out, relaxing your body, mind, and muscles. Â
Right now, I choose to be at peace with myself
